Hello All,
I'm working in IT industry in India.
On 1st July 2010, I joined new organization.
My last working date with past employer is 28th June 2010
All formalities with my past employer was completed except final settlement and relieving letter.
A week later, on 8th July 2010, I received the relieving letter and cheque for final settelement.
My last salary receipt (June 2010) correctly mentioned, No. of working days as 28 (28th June being my last working day) whereas the relieving letter has incorrect relieving date as 26th June 2010.
The same was brought to the notice of HR from my last employer.
There is no reply after few reminders. HR from my new organization accepted the same relieving letter.
If I keep the same relieving letter without change, will it cause any issues in future?
Experts Please comment/ advise.

In principle HR has correct their records but, No one bothers relieving and joining dates until your next employer finds your performance questionable raising doubt on your expereince and qualifications only then your employer will verify your credibiity of certificates. one day and two days error can be understood.

When I put the resignation letter in 1st Organization I mentioned my joining date in 2nd organization would be 21/05/2012 and accordingly I joined the 2nd organization on 21/05/2012. But now when I am trying to join 3rd organization they questioned me since LWD mentioned in my relieving letter of the 1st org is 21/05/2012 which I also recognized now only. They told me to get a corrected letter or mail from my 1st org . But the 1st organization has told me that they will not give anything in writting. Kindly suggest if anyone knows what could be done in this case where the 1st organization has denied their guilt and not willing to help anyways

Hi,
My self Balaji working in WIPRO from 16th March 2016.My last actual working day in previous company is 15th March 2016 but they are added compensatory offs up to 22nd March 2016.Now last company giving me experience letter upto 22nd March 2016 with explanation.It will create ant issue to me for future?please help on this.....waiting for your reply.
