i have a project on the topice of performance appraisal in hotel .my boss told me that i have to build this system .i would like to some appraisal form and best method in hotel.pls suggest me

Hi there,
The best way to build a performance appraisal system for any organization is to use the management by objectives since you have a lot of staff in a hotel you need to assign objectives to each supervisor to appraise his/ her staff performance.
You set objectives and targets to all your employees and the supervisor monitors the deliverables
These objectives are been cascaded to individual KPI which are easily monitored by the supervisor.
