Dear all,
Can anyone explain whether employee who is on Notice period is eligible for Medical Leave or Casual Leave as per eligibility? Can employer deny such employee from availing those benefit citing the Notice period legally?

Dear Sowri,
Employee is not entitled to any kind of leave in notice period. All the balance leaves come to cease from the period of satrt of notice period and if in case of emergency any kind of Medical leave is claimed then it is to the descetion of management to grant the leave but at the same time management can extend the notice period by the same number of days.........
This is the general policy followed.........

Dear Sir,
As per gratuty act we need to serve 240 days compalusary. I have doubt that in 240days includling our payed leaves. Or
We need to work in any organisation 240days Physically.
please revert back.
