May thanks for the e book written by Seami Shivananda, who was a true seeker of knowledge and he lived a life what he preached, like the Senior Shankaracharya of Kanchi, one of the very few highly venerated saints of India. Swami Shivnanda has done yeomen service by writing a number of books on mind and yoga and what is very striking is that the very simple language he uses so that even a lay man can also understand the concept easily. All the trainers have a point to learn from him - make things understand to others easily using a simple but lucid language. People who have not studied Swami Shivanada's books would do well read this book and learn many things about our mind, our country's Rishis, their foresight and above all they were all selfless - a great quality advocated for a leader by modern management experts.

Excellent book.. without doubt..
I have read this before and its one of my prized collection amongst others published by Divine Life Society (DLS) which Swamiji started on his return from Malaya. The society believes in dissemination of knowledge and Indian philosophy.SERVE LOVE MEDIATE REALISE is a simple example of motto of the *DLS.
Its worth mentioning here that HH Swami Shivanandaji himself a medical doctor enlightens us with his simple yet powerful messages in form of various books so are other books by various saints incl. HH Swami Chidanandaji & Swami Krishnanandaji.
I would recommend everyone interested in such books to visit The Divine Life Society site for numerous books which are available for free download.
