AS HR person, you should watch for a proper of releiving of an employee who resigns. If any employee left without intimation, on confirming the same whether he left the job or went on leave without intimation, you have to send a notice to his last known address seeking explanation. If there is no reply within the specified date, you should send a notice (second notice by registered post) and if no reply, send him a letter stating that his name is removed from roles as there is no reply for yor earlier letters.
