Dear Rajendra,
You need to apply online for the registration and enrollment number and once the application is successfully put up you need to submit the documents to the PT Office. The list of documents depends upon the constitution of the company. Once the documents are submitted the PT office takes anything around 60-90 days to send the certificate to the office address.
