I am running a sales and customer service training company in Dubai. My newest clients are looking for a Level 1 and a Level 2 for customer service for advanced participants. These participants are already working a while in their posts (in the airport). I am looking to buy or pay royalties for a training program that can be advanced customer service for retail (ie. airport), that could have a few levels, so more advanced participants will not have to learn the basics again.
Please let me know if you are willing to sell or get royalties for a quality content. PPT, training notes and potential student notes would be expected.
