Dear All
I am working on standardization on the training process for Sales Division. If anyone can suggest types of training and process we can use for Sales division, will be really helpful. Most of the employees are outstation hence the process to be implemented accordingly.

Dear Vasudha,
I need little more clarity on what you mean by "sales process". Prominent courier and logistic company, FedEx (operates in 220 countries) has standard sales process called APPCOM. Prominent Indian insurance company ICICI Prudential follows sales process called SPACER. These processes are on how to handle the actual sales call, pre-call activities, etc.
Huwait has similar sales call procedure called SPIN. Do you want something of this kind?
If you wish I will design the customised sales process for you. Please confirm your views on it. However, it may be noted that standardising sales process is no easy task. It requires lot of efforts. Huwaite came up with SPIN model after studying 35,000 sales calls. There will be benefits, of course, but in the long run. Is your management ready to shell out that kind of money?

Hi
We are trying to implement training programs for the sales team for their grooming purpose, so would require inputs around that. We have not yet thought of the structure- in terms of topics or whether we will hire external trainers but first wants to have standard structure and training model and the will implement things accordingly.
