I had recently moved to work in ASIA, and I wanted to implement an analysis system which will enable me to have a quarterly report on the Manpower

I am asking a help in the system itself, how can I made an excel sheet or what ever in which I put the numbers only and it will automatic generate what I need
Also please give me your opinion on what I have made and how to improve it
