Hi
Are u crazy, certain questions I like to ask u
Question:
1) do u get ur salary properly ?
2) how about ur friends in ur company?
3) Wat projects u handle?
4) Do u know its confirmed projects from clients?
If this is ok then y should u resign ………. Get Experience on such company too.
Be practical my friend try to get a job and leave this job……………
And an important thing keep in ur mind that. ……….
Until u join in new company u should not fight with ur present company, sure this will spoil u future.

Dear Huma,
It is not advisable to leave a company so early. Even if u dont like the co, for your future career, u should atleast maintain a term of minimum 6 months. And u dont have any offer in ur hand right now. So, i think u should anyhow spend some more time till u get a good offer.
To answer ur question whether to leave or to stay in ur current co, I would like to ask u the reason why u want to leave this co. Is it the company culture or ur boss or kind of work or salary, which is bothering so much, that u decided to leave. There is definitely a solution to every problem.
So tell me what exactly is bothering u, so that i can help u out with the solution.
regards,
Purnima
