Hi,
If your company registered under factories act, all the workmen are eligible earned leave 1 day for 20 working days. This leave will have to be credited in January for every year ( a workmen will get maximum of 16 days EL in a year).
If your employees covered under ESI, you need not give any SL. If they out of ESI maximum of 6 days SL can be given. This is compulsory.
Granting of CL is management decision, this can be given for a calander year 6 to 12 days.
For management staff you can decide on your own.
