Dear, Nishpa
You must have a conversation professionally with your subordinates & Management team you have to first win their side so you could be given
offer letters as well as salary slip & Experience letter.

Big Mistake...... Never start with your name. Its silly. Interviewer knows ur name. Its so childish like a dictating essays.

Hi,
You may start with Your experience followed by current company responsibilities and your achievement, contribution then explain about your projects and your key skills if they give more time to explain then you will start with your great strengths try to avoid your weakness. 90 sec impression is very important in personal interview try to impress the interviewer and interact them more.

Totally agreed with Balaji, the intention behind this question is usually to get more information about the candidate which is not expressed in his/her resume. Avoid explaining the things which are already there in the resume. Do mention your positive strengths, achievements, projects, initiatives and likings at the same instance avoid talking about your family if not asked by the interviewer. Keep direct eye contact, sit straight, keep smiling and face the interview. Be confident enough at the interview. Best of Luck.

When in Interview you are asked about "Tell me about yourself" dnt start with Your Name ..instead start with your educational Information, what is your highest degree, when did you complete and from which Institute you have done and then go on to your professional experince...Try to eloborate on your experinces which they are looking for..also mention important activities which you have handeled and which you think would add value to your resume.
Wish this could be helpfull :) All the best for your future endevours.
