Dear All,
SAP HR is one of the Best Software.It can be very helpfull for HR professional but it is your exta skill not a single skill that u can get job after doing only this.SAP HR is only a one module of overall software and it is very user freindly mean it is not complex to operate for an educated person.In pakistan the cost of SAP HR course is about 3 lac.I would suggest u that it is rather better if u take training from organization in which u do work.Before entering in professional life doing such courses is some extent to risk because if you would not get job then it is quite frustrating.Actually It is poilicy of SAP that for his smallest application there must be a license for operator.SAP is working since 1970's so it is number one ERP in the world.Therefore if a person of HR has a experiance SAP HR then it is definately a good advantage for his career boom.
I am also a student of HR ,May be i wrong but i have provided best information which i had.

Its a very big concept, i may not be able to tell u full thing now, but would like to have a call on it, may be i can be very clear on it. But one thing I can tell you is its limited to only the organisation which runs on SAP package.
