hi all I wanted to know how to get the PF from the previous employers if a person has not properly got separated. May be fight with employers while living. How to handle this situation. rgds kantha

Dear Kantha
Previous employer have no roll if you following information about your pf account.
(1) You PF no. with organization code
(2) your correct date of joining & leaving
(3) if you have not joined any other organization, which participate in pf department after the 60 days of leaving.
(4) this is must you have a saving account with any bank, this account must be without any joint account holder.
In short if you know all above, than you have to fill two forms (Form 10 & Form 19C), which is available in any shop where other company forms available. You are supposed to fill up the form & take the signature of any authorized person (person who is authorized to sign any documents for true copy).
For PF withdraw this is not compulsory that organization have to sign the documents & submit to the PF department. A member can also claim from the PF department.
