Can anybody update me with the forms and other statutory compliances like Muster Roll, Registers etc to be maintained under all the acts. Esp. I need a detailed review of the forms of the various acts.

First examine which of the Central & State Acts are applicable to your establishment & then go through all the relevant Rules for having formats for maintenance of various records.
