If anyone is working as HR professional in banking industry. Plz kindly send me documents, templates, diagram pertaining to HR department in banking industry such as structure, functions, responsibilities, sub-divisions of HR department located at head office with its own responsibilities.
I lack the knowledge of the type of HR department in banking industry.
Please help me with templates or handbooks for the above question.

Hi,
I do not work in the bank but I did my HR project based on the bank. It is similar to other organizations. But they give priority to Performance Evaluation, Training & Development, Recruitment, Orientation etc. Also employee benefits, leave and attendance and other activities are also the responsibilities of HRD. Some of these functions are centralized and carried out by the head office only while the others are done in each of its branches.
