But from last two months they haven't taken any action in spite of regular follow up by me.

From your post it is not clear as to what kind of harassment you have been facing with. If you critically analyse a case, it may be concluded that the act by the superior may not be an act of harassment though for the aggrieved it felt to be harassment.
If you have a grievance handling committee it would be better if you lodge a complaint with that committee. It is not necessary that the HR person should be a part of it though in many cases it works under the Personnel department. Taking the matter outside the premises of the establishment (that is to court) will be unfair. Therefore, value the situation and put up the matter before the committee.

Hi Madhu,
It is work place harassment. example are:
1) Using the unparliamentarily words at work place
2) Always Forcing to me give resignation letter
3) Impractical work allocation.
4) Plan leaves also not approving
5) Always giving bad comment to me whenever I write about my performance
Already two months over which I had given compliant against my supervisor and his manager,Still they haven't turn up and couple of days back I approached the HR Spoke person about my compliant and replied that we have discussed this matter in senior level. I feel that they are playing with me and didn’t disclose the decision, found some other reason and made me to forcefully resign the job. Today HR Spoke person clearly told me you have to give resigns by end of the day otherwise company will terminate you. But I answered that I will escalate to the management and knock the door of court.
Help me in this issue.

In workplace harassments if your grievances are not redressed properly you can represent before the Board of Directors. If that also fail, please make a representation before the District Labour Officer. Let the Officer hold a meeting and decide on your matters. I hope you are not a member of any Trade Union and if a member, it would be easy for you to get the things done also.
