Thanks for telling me about the bonous amendment...... according to this i come to know the bonus should be given to the employees whose basic salary comes under @INR10000 i.e if the employees basic salary is 3500 than bonus should be calculated acoording to his basic salary??? and is his salary is 10000 than aslo bonus should be calculated on the basis of 3500??? Is this right???
Now i want to know the new amendment recently done in the haryana as on basic salary????? what is the minium wage acc to that? And is there any possibality togive the beak up in mimium wages...like if any one have minium wage 4215 can this amt be split ??? is yes tell me how???

Now it is 4214 for unskilled and 4604 for skilled, second we cannot bifuricate the minimum wages .

Eligiblity of Bonus is considered on Salary less than or equals to Rs. 10000/-
Bonus is not calculated on Basic salary is it always calculated on gross salary. Celing limit for calculating Bonus is Rs.3500/-
Limit of Bonus is 8.33% min to 20% maximum

Yes, Breakup is possible in Minimum wages. Heads considered in breakup are as follows:

1. Basic Wages
2. Variable dearness allowance
