I am a new member of this site.
I am handling complete HR functions for an IT company, in the process of doing campus recruitments. I wish to use IQ / Aptitude and Psychometric Tests as a part of the selection process.
Please guide me that which type of Psychometric Test will be useful.
Also, if any one has sample IQ / Psychometric tests then please mail me at .

My suggestion:
IQ & Aptitude test: You will get them in lots on internet and then you can choose from them depending upon the level on which you are recruiting. Also, the books which a MBA Aspirant use for CAT / MAT prepartion is another best wya to get a quality aptitude, verbal abilty test
Psychometric Test: If you are unaware about this test, then I prefer taking help from consultant who deo these types of test for companies because it requires knowledge and experience to do. Your individual effort implementing it could go waste.
I'll soon try sending you some links on IQ / verbal ability and aptitude test.
Before implementing, request any of your employee (who scores average to good as far his performance is concerned) to write that test to know whether it is suitable one or not.
