Here i would like to share a topic about Exit interview.
What is Exit Interview?
Exit interview is nothing but a meeting between a HR personnel and a departing employee(Departing employee who has voluntrarily resigned or fired.) in this interview the HR representative ask some basic fundamental questions to the employee.
What is the necessity to conduct an exit interview?
The reason is to gather data for improving working conditions and retaining employees and it also to help employers avoid costly litigation down the road, caused by dissatisfied employees.
