Hello, I am working as a hr for a company whc is into embedded systems. Am a new joinee and i have to frame a leave policy for my company,i want to know how can i make a good leave policy,how many SL EL LOP & CL should be given? The shops & establishment act does not state any of these nor does the factory act? what is standard set of leaves given by most of the companies.? pls reply at the earliset

Dear Apeksha,
Plz name the Shops & Establishment Act which is not having the provisions relating to grant of EL,SL & CL. Whether you have gone through chapter VIII of the Factories Act, 1948 on leave with wages for grant & accumulation of Earned leaves.
