A work place is not your home unless you perform it in your home. Emotional and physical stress develops when dealing with human beings of different kind in the work place. Yoga Asanas (Yoga postures) can greatly reduce this. I am a Yoga practitioner for the last three decades and more. I can give valuable suggestions especially for the ones who have no time at home to practice, and can perhaps spend few minutes either in their official work out place provided by the office or in their own seats.

Dear Ms Gayathri
Yoga shows different ways to take away th stress in people. Stretching Asanas like Trikonasana, Dhanur Asana and Surya Namaskar will help reduce muscular stress.
If you want tips on meditation in office here they are:
Sit down in a chair, let there be noise
Don't control the noise or loud chattering around you
Watch each sound or chatter with attention, don't react even if it is personal
Initially it is difficult to sit like that without any reaction. But you can try and see. Lie down on a towel or a spread. Close your eyes.Breathe normally. After a few seconds, belly breathe with hissing sounds. The tense body will relax. The agitation will be less. Watch your breathe as you inhale and exhale with each flow and think you are in a far away land or voyaging. This will help you a lot initially.
Best of luck

Hello Ms Gayathri
Since youa re in New Delhi, you can plan a retreat in Rishikesh or Uttarkashi with friends. Garwal Vikas Nigam Mandal provides good lodging facility. Don't take your cell phones.
Good wishes
