Hi guys,
I have 3 months of notice period with my employer.while signing the bond with my company i didnt see the bond which said 3 months of notice period or gross salary for 3 months.
Now i want to quit with 1 month notice to my company. but all my friends say that notice period amount will be on basic salary but not gross salary.
I am ready to pay basic salary instead of my serivice but i would like to clarify whether is it compulsory for me to pay 3 months gross salary or can i convince or is there any labour law which says i should only go wit basic salary payment inspite of my signing on bond.

Hi, Notice period amount is always calculated on the Gross salary and not the Basic sal.. Giri
