About your query; PSU's have standard SOP's for entertaining such request. Please get in touch with your HR Manager. At times, one is required to route their application for employment through proper channel; while one can send the "Advance Copy" directly.

I am employer with Qatar Airways & I have been worked for past 4 years & 2 months, as a sales assistant of Qatar Duty Free company subsdary of Qatar airways. Due to my knee injoury I am not be able to standing work anymore. therefore, I have requested from HR to consider my situation & transfer me to another department (stores, admin & etc.) Unfortunatly they have refused my request & informed me that they dont have any any other departmen vacancies & every department has occupied. If I wished to work I can continue as an sales assistant only. so i was realized that i am not be able to stand in shop floor due to my knee enjoury.
