Can any one please suggest me how to calculate employees salaries per month ?
What are the deductions.....?
If the employee joining is supposed in the middle of the month then will there be any change in basic.....?
How to create PF A/c's ? How to deduct from employees?

You have to specify the deduction part which is applicable on to your organization. Again basic won't change if an employee joins on the mid of a month, however the pay would be calculated on to the no of working days of that employee. PF would be applicable to employees who take home a salary of 6500.
