I am Devendra. I am working as a HR in An hospital Which is run under a Trust. The HR dep. has Established recently as i am the 1st HR hired.I have to organise a proper leaves Structure from the Top level Doctors to Class 4 employees.
Can you guide me about the leave structure-as
1. No. of Casual leave
2. Sick leave
3. Paid leaves
4. total number of days to be filled by an employee in an year
5. Sy if an employee doesn`t take a leave for the whole year then how many leaves should be carried forward.
6. Classsification of PF and non applicable employee.
7. Mandatory leaves
