Employee relation job responsibilities as follows:-
1. Maintaining relationship with employees
2. Organizing any events/ programmes
3. Sending birthday greeting to employees
4. Solving queries of the employee relating to salary, counseling them etc.

Responsibilities of Hr Executive..?

1.Check The attendence Records of employees. and manage to all emploees as maintain punctuvality.

2.induction of new employees and explaine about organiesation to new employees.

3.maintaine selection, recruiting and appointing of employees as for the indusrialn laws.

4.Conducting training and developing programs as for prescribed HR Manager.

5.Cunducting Appraisal Programs as For Prescribed Manager Or As For Industrial and Labour Laws

6.Prepare Salary Statements, Calculation Of PRovedent Fund, HRA Etc Other Benfits

7.Maintaining Insurence Records.. Like Health Insurence, Esi act,Minimam Wages Act... Hr Executive Should Manage properly as employees should get these type of benfits.

8.What Ever May be employee Satisfaction Is Main Importent To The organiestion. because if a emploee should work properly, and employee working in the Organiesation as a Long Time satisfaction Is Most Importent. for this Organiesation good Will also will be increased. Hr Executive is like a representative from Employees to the Hr Manager and General Manager
