Namaskaram!
In view of Republic day celebrations, there is a liberal use of our National
Flag. There is a new trend of selling flags made up of paper and plastic,
which is incorrect. With a sense of national pride, people enthusiastically
buy such flags and the very next day, we find these flags being trampled
upon the road, in dustbins and elsewhere. In this context, we forget that we
are insulting the flag and indirectly, our Nation. Often, these flags are
burnt along with garbage.
It is the duty of every individual to maintain proper respect of the
National Flag.
Please refer to the attached presentation for more information on what each
of us can do to maintain the sanctity of our National Flag.
Jai Hind!
