Hi friends,
I need some suggestion regarding Birthday Celebration as well Marriage anniversary celebration. As of now we celebrate by cutting a big cake snacks and softdrinks etc on fridays after consolidating all employees birthdays falling that week and marriage anniversaries just by giving a greeting card and wishing the employee by MD.
Since it is monotonous for years, I am looking for some interesting ways of celebration by bringing some changes to the existing way.
Can you suggest me some interesting ways of celebration if you have such practice in you organisation.

hi!!! apart form cutting b’day cakes and greetings we give caricature cards to our employees.. if u find it interesting you can do the same.. mahalakshmi HR

We may also like to give a paid half-day off with some Gift card (IDBI Cash card), also can hang a red ballon hanging on the workstation of the employee.
First will communicate that we want the employee to celebrate his / her B'day....and we feel its an important day for us also.
Second will ensure everyone knows that there's something special & wishes him / her.
