Hi Bhagya, First identify the competencies (knowledge and/or skills) required to perform the roles. Based on the skills idenitified, you can create questionnaires/surveys for the supervisors evaluation and self evaluation.
You can then prioritise the competencies and identify appropriate interventions. All training needs analysis need not result in a set of trainings being conducted, you may also look at other interventions like coaching, mentoring and facilitating discussions.
