1) Read English newspaper every day for 1 hr. ask your friends or seniors for any doubts in pronunciations and meaning.
2) Stand before mirror for 10 mins and speak in English on any topic.
This will definitely bring a huge change in your communication skills.

Read english news paper-**it is must to do.
And another way is...when u r speaking with another person..then u can use most of the bengali words in english....in this way u will be come strong in english...
