Dear Master,
Will You please give me a good leave policy for the encashment of Earned Leaves. Every year I have faced a lot of problem. Since five years every year I put a proposal to the management and get the approval after ten to fifteen times prolonged discussions and appreciated. I made a leave policy and introduced. Leaves are applying and sanctioning etc, are as ususally following, but while encashment of ELs, the managment is always put me in trouble. So will you please give me your view on this.
