I am going to prepare a proposal to the Board to approve staff salary increment for this year i.e management and staff. i need help and guideline on how the proposal should look like. Could any one pl guide / assist on how to go about.

    Saw the sample that you posted. I am sort of not so cleared about it. Was hoping to get a more clarifying approach, like an in-depth proposal that would be presented to management with an acceptable justification.
