Sir I submitted an application to my correspondent (I work in an aided education institution in Karnataka) for loss of pay leave citing the reason as not able to bear the torture given by the Head master. the corespondent has signed on the application and a copy of it was given to me. and I am not attending to my duty from the day I applied leave on loss of pay. What will be the consequance?

Always remember, great personality were humilated to degree of level that, one in today's world would commit suicide.
Come on and don' give up....do the "Jaddu Ke Japhi" to your head master and send a flowers everyday to him for hos wellbeing and ofcourse start attending the work immediately and also ensure that you withdraw your leave letter and say "sorry to your Head master" for the hate leave letter as you were frustrated and hence the stupid action.
