I hope my message finds you in the pink of your health.
I am associated with an orgn running F&B outlets in International airport. I am in its HR Dept. I want to start the Training Department here, since i think its very badly required here as employees are suffering from lack of motivation, no desire to excel, no communication of career progression within the company, high on absenteeism, and employee turnover.
I am myself keen on the Training concept and practices but i am confused where to start from. Could someone help me in designing the Training Dept in my org/ conducting TNA etc.? I know certain freelance trainers also, if need be they may be roped in for future help.

1. Run a One Day Team Building out bound training program which should be fully activity based. This may be out sourced.
2. During the session do your TNA.
3. Prepare a training Calender with help of free lance trainers.
4. Start looking for your in house trainers who are all rounders in TNA, content development and training deliver and if possible assessments.
5. Add on more people as you get success.

Thank You all for your response. Let me inform you all that I am not looking for any training outsourcing company, if i would, i'll contact all the consultanst listed here. Thanks for the same anyway.
