That will be an issue under labor laws. You should hire only people 18 years or above.
We have faced an issue for that - for some miscreants in the organizations who worked earlier hired girls (in a scheme system) who were less that 18 years old. Worse case scenario was when the scheme was completed (3 years scheme) the girls were 18 years old... We were into real problems because of this.
Please avoid hiring people between that age.

when u have to appoint the young worker in any factory accd to factory act u have to have a proof that he is fit enough too work from a medical person as said in thr FACTORY ACT 1948

Adolescent's can be employed in any manufacturing units after obtaining Certificate of Fitness. There are few clauses especially specified for the adolescent's in Factory Act 1948 which need to be strictly followed.

The relevent statutory provisions are mentioned in chapter 7 (Section 67 to 77) of Factories Act, 1948.
In a nutshell, young persons can be employed after Certificate of fitness from a certifying surgeons. For a complete understanding please go through the mentioned sections of Factories Act, 1948.

Please find the details as you need as per my knowledge.
if the age 15 years, they are young workers.
if the age 18 and above, they are adolcent, so normally we have to appoint a worker after age 18 only but we will also possible to appoint a 15 years completed worker by cheking his fitness certificat duly given by surgeon and we have to maintain a follwing documents.
1. Full details of Person
2. ocupation,
3. hours of work
4. sould not exceed his day hrs morethan 4 1/2 hrs
5. token system should be given and maintained etc

Ensure the person is above or equal to 18years ,it is permissible under act.
Only under a case where a work would not require any strennous work/long hours or if is far from hazardous location can you employee an 15year & above boy as helper.
