Dear All,
Hope you all are aware of the municipal elections which are scheduled for 23rd Nov 2009 ( Monday).
Regarding this i wanted to know, if we have to give a full day holiday and compensate this on another day.
Looking forward for your suggestions /opinions on this.

Hi Kalapu,
I think some companies have already given holiday and State labour department also has decleared hoiliday.Even i am thinking same.i think we will wait till tomarrow afternoon and take decision.
