MBA in HR with 1 year experience, my CEo wants me to develop a Company car policy. which i have given him presentation about but he is different state of mind, therefore i request you to provide me with the locally prevailing Car Policies to compare.

Hi Iqbal,
Before drafting the Car Policy, decide to which category employees are entitled for the Company provide car facility.
Then fix the ceiling (cost) for different levels and the fuel consumptions per month.
After certain period (eg: 5 yrs) the car can be physically handed over to the employee, by giving an option to purchase the car at its written down value.
Please sit with your CEO and proceed further.
