On joing the new establishment/ new branch you will be allotted a new PF number. After that just fill in the form with particulars of previous PF (number and name of establishment) and particulars of new PF and get it signed by the authorised signatory of the new unit and send it to the PF office where the new unit's returns are submitted. The Indore PF Office will send it to Gurgaon and effect necessary transfers.
