Hi,
You can withdraw your PF as soon as you leave a company. If your company is in transition then also you can get your PF withdrawn. Pl see in which condidtions do you do so!! It does not matter within how many months as company has no right to with hold the same.

Hi!
you can withdraw you PF even if you worked for 6 months or a year. The difference is if you withdraw after 6 months you only get employees contribution. And if you withdraw after a year you get both employee as well as employer contribution.

Dear Tahomaindia,
Actually my friend is looking out for a change.
But he has worked only for three months in a company as a trainee.
Hes not liking the work and wishes to get bck the whole pf amount thats been deducted till now.
His training period is for a year and will be confirmed only after a year.
What do u suggest to claim for pf should he work for 6 months and then leave??or he can claim only after hes confirmed...
Please guide...
whats the usual practice in industry for such a case???
