Hello ANR,
Well, for drafting emails you can always search google and check various website which can help a lot and also keep an eye on the official emails flow into your mailbox everyday.Coming to doing any kind of work if you feel tensed you can be rest assured you will not be able to give your best,if you go about something with mixed feelings you may screw up things and that tension will overpower your ability, hence the best way to approach any work/problem is to be very positive because it will only help you to give you best every single day and you loose nothing being positive. So, let's be positive:)......
Thanks

Mr. Rao stay positive and be confident. Never step back with a second thought can i do it????? With your 14yrs of experience you can do wonders in your job no doubt about it. Good luck to you.

Writing letters, reports, notes and other communications are important skills for business and personal life. Try using google search and other search engines to get the letter formats, also whenever you recieve an official email from your senior members just observe how is it been drafted. Have a collection of all official emails in a seperate folder as it will help you to save time.

In this 14yrs of service, i hope now you can easily judge what sort of official letters will be required for you, so in your free time try drafting these letters and with the help of your friends or collegues get it corrected and save it in your personal folder so that it gives you an confidence that what ever letter need to be drafted, yes you can do it as you already have the format. Please follow this and am sure you will get back to me saying i can draft any sort of letter....................I can do it...:p:p:p

Dear ANR,
With a 14 years rich experience, you still can identify your flaws and want to improve. Thats a first! Great going...
Secondly, getting straight to the point... buying books, seeing powerpoint presentations etc will not help, unless you implement what you learn and then practice.
In this post, you have written casually to an extent... for example
  • 'i' is is small case.
  • Don't is spelt as Dont
From the next time onwards, even when you are drafting an informal letter, try to be perfect ! Be strict with yourself.
Wish you good luck.
Regards,
Shikha

Dear ANR,
Nothing to worry about it. It all depends on your self learning skills and attitude. Read the newspaper regularly, watch the news channels regularly, listen to the experts speech regularly, attend all the seminars, etc., and try to write it on your own about some interest topics which you like to express your views and opinions.
Definitely you will succeed and automatically you will give your heartful thanks for me.
Thanks,
