I am working for a KPO as a Soft Skills Trainer. In our organisation, we follow a 5-day formal dress code.
Based on the organisational requirements, I have recently conducted a session on Grooming and Power Dressing for the operations team in my organisation. I would like to clarify whether it is advisable for women to wear stockings/hosiery when they wear formal skirts to work?
