Dear Collegues,
I am working in a manufacturing concern. My marriage has got fixed and hubby is woking in Delhi whereas I am in Gujarat.
Now the worry here is that its becoming difficult for me to hunt for a job from here in Delhi. I do not want to compromise in my career. I do not want to take any break in my career as career matters to me as much as my hubby.
What do I do?? My hubby cannot move out because of certain personal reasons.
Please Help!!!!
Thanks

hi pragya,
Even i faced like your problem. I was at bangalore, and my hubby was working at hyderabd. When i got married on that time recission has been started. No openings at all.
I waited for 6 months after marriage i didnt got job at hyderabad location. Meanwhile i done SAP HR Course. Now i got a job as HR manager in a company.
You can marry, because now the situation is improving, there are lot of openings are up comming, you can search job at delhi surely you will get good offer.

you both can nt compromise with career so a very simple and wise move is do not move ahead.... and find somebody in your place to have a happy married life...all the best.

Dear Pragya,
Greetings for the day ahead!!!
Quite an interesting situation.
1. You first have to think that why do you do a job- for the sake of doing a job or for the sake of having a happy life. If your answer is second option, you should not have much difficulty in leaving your job and coming to Delhi.
2. As Sangitha said , the market is improving and if your skill set is market- friendly, you should not have much problem in finding a job in Delhi.
3. It is important to have marital bliss after marriage. Talk to your would - be - husband, if somehow he can manage to come to Gujrat, great, otherwise in my opinion, you should come to Delhi, start searching for a new job and live happily.
All the best!!!!!!!

Pragya
job or married life. U HAVE 2 SEE WHETER SELECTION IS BEST AS PER YOUR THINKING OR NOT. STILL MARRIAGE FACINATES ME MORE THAN JOB BECAUSE MOST HAPPIEST MOMENTS ARE RELATED TO MARRIED LIFE
it is also selection and sometimes selection of suitable hubby is more difficult than a job.
Job we can get by diveloping skills . We have to see what skill is required at that particular area
i am in bank but i feel fit fot teaching. So i have to develop skill for that.
Initially, we have to compromise with less salary. And latter we can bargain and after certain amount money has very limited role to play
see whether he is fit or not

Dear Pragya,
As per my observation take this Problem as opportunity, because you have to settle in NCR as I am born and brought up in Delhi, so you will get opportunity to become member of NCR belt.
I heard a slogan in which it mentioned that “If you want to destroy your problem than you have to face it.
Feel so cool and relax and enjoy your rest of life. As well as wish you very -very happy marige life.
