Thnx.. But I was actually looking for something different. There are four stages where the first stage is learning, second is the person can do work with supervision, third is without supervision and fourth is he can train other people. Do you have any info/material regarding this?

I think the desired reply is :-
1. Unskilled :- Needs supervision,Cant do alone
2. Skilled :- can do job indipendently with little supervision
3. Expert :- No supervision required,But cant train
4. Master :- Can work indipendently and Can Train.
