hi training requirment identification is a pre-requisite for an effective training programme and individual development. Normally training identification is done through the peformance appraisal sheets. this is because, that the superior will identify the training required for his subordinate. the other methods for training identification can be done by individual interaction with the superiors, where they will tell the training requirements. the systematic study can be done through the questionnairree keeping in mind the business need of the company and its technology transfer.
Training can be either technical / conceptual / soft skill training.
the following proverb stands good
" if you give a man a fish for a day you will lift his hunger for the day, if you train a man to fish you will lift his hunger for ever"
