Hi all,
There was an evening talk organized on Employee Pension Scheme - 1995, delivered by Dr. Ved Prakash, The Asstt. Commissioner, RPFC, Baroda on December 1, 2006. This presentation is regarding the learning he imparted to the participants. I'm sure it would help.

Different slides prepared nd shown by Sri.Dr:Ved prakash.A.R.P.F.Commissioner,Baroda is very informative and useful guide like an EPS 1995 lawbook at a glance for any reference to the EPF members . Different doubtsit will clarify about EPS1995 pension norms. If all the E.P.F.Orgn offices in India will prepare the monthly pension of EPF members as per the information given by Dr:Ved Prakash no doubt all pensioners will get their eligible monthly pension as per EPS 1995 scheme and as per old EFPScheme of 1971 also alongwith past service benefits..But truth is not like that. All E.P.F.Orgn offices are not preparing monthly pension of EPF pensioners as per Dr:VedPrakash's Slide notes. If non compliances of EPF monthly pension is observed where to report for legally getting it corrcted nd getting the arrears of Pension with retrospective effect we have to see yet through our CiteHR guidance.

Please check Table A (for withdrawal benefit) I think there is some typing mistake. Wage multiplier shown against service length 8 years is incorrect. It should be 8.7 in place of 5.7
