Hi Seniors,

I have 3 years of work exp in HR [Recruitment and General]. I have done my Bachelors in Computer Science in 2004 and MBA – HR [Full Time] in 2006.

I have applied for satellite course from XLRI for PGCHRM and in which I’ve got selected for the interview.

Can you please throw light on what kind of questions can be asked in the interview, what is the process, how should I be preparing myself for the same?

My interview is scheduled in the next 10 days. So kindly help me urgent!

P.S : Ex – XLRI’s suggestions invited!

Regards,

Ms. Kunal,
Wish you all the best for the interview and the course....
One of my colleague recently went for the interview and it lasted 10 minutes. Their questions were about:
1. Details of Current/Past job
2. Learnings from Current/Past job
3. Why do you want to do this course?
In addition to the above, I think they may ask you "why satellite program when you have already completed a Full time course?"...suggest you have a strong reason for it.
Hope this is of some help to you. Do let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
Sanket
