You probably never got a reply because the topics are generalized. You have not mentioned for what you need them, for which specific industry you need them? What on Salary & Wages you need? All the three topics are vast. I can suggest you Volumes on books on each topics.
So to make things easy for you - just use citehr. Search for material use the search & Download tool.
Try that - it will help you a lot.

- You are using the site to be spoonfed by members. You do not want to work upon anything yourself, but you want the members to take the trouble and hand you everything on a platter.
- You require help on very general kind of topics in HR, which can be easily found on the net or any HR text-books.
- You never divulge, why you want the notes / materials for ? Is it for a class assignment ?
- Members do not know whether you are working or studying in business school ?
- Had it ever occurred to you that you are "USING" the members of this site and "ABUSING" the purpose of this site by playing "damsel-in-distress' and making people do all your home-work, as is evident in all your requests, that you want a finished product.
- Members help those who help themselves. So, at least make initial effort on your own, and whenever you are stuck or need additional clarifications or materials; you can seek help, and I am sure, it will be provided in ample measure.

As explained by other citehr members, spoon-feeding is not the objective of this forum. If you are a student of HR, you can get all these easily in your study materials, else take some pain to search in various HR websites like citeHR, HR village, etc.
