Hi All,
I am working for a ITes company and the recruitment process seems to be unsystematic.
Our company is recruiting employees and at the same time loosing employees .The reason for loosing the employees is that the reference checks are done in about 90 days from the time a employee joins .
In that span of time the employee would have completed the training and is on floor . If the referene check is negative the employee is asked to leave . In the process the company is wasting a lot of money of recruiting and training the employee.Again the process of recruiting to make up for these employee starts .
Request you all to provide your suggestions to stream line the process.

Hi,
I could see that the reference checks are done in 90days. The HR needs to fasten the process of doing reference checks so that they can identify proper candidates who are fit for the org.
What we follow is--we start the reference checks just when we issue the offer letter to the candidate so that we can save time in training sessions.
Will fid out few more ideas ad let u know @ the earliest.

Refernce Checks...need to be completed within 48 hours of joining of the new hire. Time Period of 90 days is neither practical nor advice able. Regards Sanjeev Sharma

Hi,
If you would like to reduce the cost of the company you can go for "Contract to Hire Basis" Like: The Candidate will be working on Third party Payrolls and he will be working to your company this will reduce your cost and your time. Make sure that the Interveiw will be taken care by your company only. ( This parties should be related to your company platforms. It is well and good if it is for One party only)
See that the negotations to the Third party price can be reach to your company expectation and price should be fixed for them.
I could say that this process works very smoothly and the work get intime.
