When is the last date to pay LWF(Labour Welfare Found)payment to Labour department,when i contacted to labour dept they told 1st November 2006.actually the period is Ist jan to 31st Dec .
If it is 31st Dec 2006 last date, then wich month we can dedcut Employees share from their salarys.

As per the AP act the licence fee renewal need to be done before 30th december.However for the contribution payment the period of payment is upto december salary ( i.e. it has to be deducted in december salary) and the remittance should be before Jan 30th. To my best of my knowledge their is no notification preponing the date
